Global leaders have discussed the importance of developing an experimental mindset that will enable individuals and organisations to innovate while learning and adapting to a highly complex digital landscape. How do you overcome the fear of rejection at work? Building confidence to share ideas? Experiment and learn at the same time?
In this 1-day course, we will guide you towards a renewed sense of curiosity about the world and develop the confidence to try, test and learn quickly, for yourself and across teams.

At Hyper Island, we believe in "Telling less & Doing more" Hyper Island Learning Experiences are highly interactive and engaging. We let you try things by yourself, work in small group breakout sessions. There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions and engage with the facilitators.
Our Learning experiences help participants learn transferable skills that can be directly applied to their own workplace and career. We will draw on current and emerging international, local & Asian perspectives and case studies; and help participants consider the legal, social and ethical issues involved.
Our Singapore Campus is located at 991B Alexandra Road, a short walk from Labrador MRT station and directly opposite the PSA building. The 4,800 square foot space has been designed to inspire and enhance learning experiences. In the soundproof classrooms and ample studio space, collaboration and exploration thrive. Each classroom spans 52.7m², accommodating up to 35 students.
Unlike a conventional school campus, our space resembles an advertising agency, allowing for live project work, inspiration, and collaboration.
Learners will have access to the following amenities:

Please note that laptops are not provided by Hyper Island. Students are required to bring their own laptops for the course. WiFi will be available, and open-source tools will be utilised. Extension cables are provided so that laptops can be charged while in use.
