🎯 Course Schedule
Day 1 - Adapting to the changing landscape
We will begin the day by discussing and experimenting with the technologies and trends which are changing the Financial Industry, by looking at both digital-first companies in Finance and outside of the industry. We will also open the conversation on how we might develop a culture of transformation, by learning from digital-first companies such as Amazon.
By the end of Day 1, you will have learnt about:
- Fintech, Big Digital, Platforms and Digital Banks
- Digital-first companies and what do they have in common?
- Technologies transforming Finance: AI, APIs, Blockchain, Cloud
- Explore the power of Data
- Developing a culture of transformation
Day 2 - Customer Obsession
Taking forward what we learnt yesterday, we will now look at customer expectations in the digital landscape, and how we might meet changing customer needs. We will go ahead and design a service for a customer by incorporating technology, data and platform thinking. Finally, we will consider how to bring our learnings back to our businesses to lead transformation.
By the end of Day 2, you will have learnt about:
