





Integrate Sustainable Risks to Existing Governance & Compliance Policy for Effective Enterprise Risk Management
This 2-days workshop will help participants learn how to identify the potential sustainable risks within their organisation, gather an updated lens on the latest global regulation on sustainability developments. Participants will learn how to develop scenarios to identify potential sustainable risks, establish key risk indicators on sustainable risks, and deploy appropriate risk metrics and use the appropriate modelling techniques to measure those identified sustainable risks.
Learning Outcomes:
- Identify, monitor and prioritise sustainability risks at strategic level of an organisation.
- Employ suitable data related to sustainable risks to derive usable sustainable metrics.
- Integrate and embed sustainable risks into existing GRC framework, policies and modelling techniques.
- Develop scenario to identify potential sustainable risks impacting the organisation’s risk appetite and strategy.
- Ensure compliance of various regulations on sustainable risks within the organisation and its customers/stakeholders.
